libastro-fits-header-perl software package provides module for reading, modifying and writing FITS headers, you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libastro-fits-header-perl
libastro-fits-header-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libastro-fits-header-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libastro-fits-header-perl *
You will get with libastro-fits-header-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
